Optional support :

• Sampling / Insert into parcel (Own Brand brochure true new customer leaflet food samples ...) planning execution A / B testing and analysis.
• Postal print mailings from conception to execution and reporting (agency selection graphics briefing coupon code generation customer segmentation until sendout and results analysis). Single point of contact to external print agencies.

Focusing on KPIs such as :

• Revenue generated through direct marketing channels
• Customer and / or sales retention loyalty
• Activation
• Engagement
• Reactivation

Qualifications :

• 13 years of Marketing Automation and CRM experience
• BSc degree in business administration ecommerce marketing tech or related field.
• Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes ideally experience in FMCG;
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers driving Campaigns
• Fluent in English and French at a fluent level (B2)
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex highimpact projects
