Leica MicrosystemsMannheim, Baden-Württemberg, GermanyThe Service Specialist EDC Repair Center(d / w / m) is responsible for ensuring the optimalperformance of our demo medical devices. This includes maintenance,repairs, and software installations, as well as conductingdiagnostics to keep the systems in perfect condition for customerdemonstrations.
This positionreports to the Manger EDC Workshop and is part of the EMEADemocenter l ocated in Wetzlarand will be an on-siterole .
Inthis role, you will have the opportunityto :
- Cleaning, functionalinspection, completeness verification, and disinfection of demoequipment, as well as replenishment ofconsumables.
- Performing diagnostics,maintenance, and repairs, including deploying upgrades on demosystems using various applicationsoftware
- Responsible for system integration,including order verification, installation of software andhardware, configuration of application data, creation of acceptanceprotocols, as well as testing and releasing applications, includingsoftware tests for sales and newsetups
- Coordination of repair services withexternal companies
- Management anddecommissioning of demo equipment in SAP Backoffice to maximizeutilization and contribute to revenuegrowth
