As a Technical Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for clients ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Your role will involve guiding users on our products troubleshooting challenges and collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service to our customers in European timezone via Skype JIRA Service Desk and Mail while adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times
- Log inquiries of customers and escalate accordingly
- Analyze and report product malfunctions
- Identify customer needs and assist with using specific features
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with Stakeholders
