The IT Service Portfolio Manager (m / f / x) is located

within Corporate IT of the company group. This role focuses on

managing and evolving the IT Service Portfolio to ensure strategic

alignment, transparency, and efficiency in the delivery of IT

services across the organisation.The IT Service Portfolio Manager

is responsible for the structure, documentation and strategic

alignment of the IT Service Portfolio, covering current, future and

end-of-life services. The role ensures that the portfolio reflects

business priorities, information security aspects, supports

informed decision-making, and drives the evolution of our IT

service landscape in line with corporate goals. In close

cooperation with service owners, finance, information security,

demand and catalogue management functions, the role fosters

cross-functional collaboration and transparency across all levels

of the organisation.Key aspects of this role include standardised,

secure, reusable IT service tailoring, as well as measurable IT

service delivery in line with business criticality on a

cross-functional, global scale.Please kindly note that will be

alignment and continuous development of the IT Service Portfolio

and its operabilityEnsuring transparency and consistency across

current, future, and end-of-life IT servicesDefining and governing

service design principles, structures, and documentation

standardsCollaborating closely with financial management, IT

controlling, demand management, service implementation and

operationsSupporting budgeting, cost allocation models and service

pricing mechanismsProviding KPI based regular IT service portfolio

reporting (e.g. SLA compliance, utilization, financials,

performance) and risk managementDriving the maturity of IT service

management across the organizationEngaging with service owners,

catalogue managers, and other portfolio stakeholdersParticipating

in regular meetings and workshops with adjacent departments such as

service implementation and IT operationContributing your strengths :

your qualificationsSeveral years of experience in IT Service Mgt.,

Application Lifecycle Mgt., Portfolio or Catalogue Mgt.University

degree in business informatics or a comparable fieldPractical

experience in IT Service Mgt. frameworks such as ITIL and COBITITIL

Foundation certification (or higher), ideally complemented by COBIT

certificationStrong analytical skills combined with a structured

and quality-driven working styleExceptional conceptual thinking and

communication abilitiesExperience in IT financial structures and

service governance processesExperience in the definition,

negotiation and implementation of SLAs and further KPIsFluent

English skills in written and spoken form (ideally C1 level),
