At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Elixir / Phoenix Developer to join one of our clients' team. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to grow in a innovative environment, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities:
• Full-stack development: Design and build scalable web applications using the PETAL stack (Phoenix, Elixir, Tailwind, AlpineJS, LiveView). Work across the entire stack—from the database layer to the frontend.
• Code quality: Ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Implement and champion best practices such as Clean Code, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration.
• Product ownership: Take ownership of the development, maintenance, and evolution of our software products. Ensure our solutions meet customer needs and are continuously improved.
• Problem solving: Analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions. Proactively identify and address potential issues.
Experience: Several years of full-stack development experience with a focus on the PETAL stack. Experience taking product ownership is a strong plus.
Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of Elixir, Phoenix, Tailwind, AlpineJS, and LiveView. Experience implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Clean Code: A passion for clean code and a solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and other clean-code practices.
Culture fit: You value open communication, ownership, and collaboration. You are able to integrate quickly into an existing team and positively influence team dynamics.
Problem-solving skills: You are analytical and able to tackle complex challenges independently.
