CorTech is a service-oriented staffing / recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for a Store Manager in Potsdam / Parishville / Colton area. The successful candidate will work alongside a management training staff until the candidate has completed the necessary training to operate a store independently. This is a full-time position that would require availability from early morning shifts and evening shifts, weekend availability is also necessary. Our training wages would be from $17-$19 / hour based on any previous experience in the retail store industry and would lead to a salaried job once training has ended and store placement is complete. Duties included but not limited to staff management, shift running, staff scheduling, inventory oversight, inventory ordering from multiple store distributors, maintaining store facilities to a high standard for a positive customer experience each visit.
