We are currently looking for the following position to be filled as soon as possible :

Course & Event Manager Specialist DACH (m / w / d)

at our location in Breckerfeld.

Aufgaben

• Execute and manage clinical education programs in DACH (courses, congresses, workshops, and events), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Education Professional Manager EMEA to align local execution with regional strategy and standards.
• Coordinate all logistical and operational aspects of educational events, including venue setup, equipment, materials, faculty scheduling, and participant communication.
• Work with Sales teams to understand customer needs, identify training opportunities, and integrate feedback into educational offerings for traditional Ortho and Mov`Aligners.
• Contribute to the development and customization of course agendas and content to address local clinical practices, trends, and business priorities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, professors, and academic partners to support clinical education and early engagement.
• Close contact with key customers and use their personal networks to spread information and use them as influencers.
• Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and faculty involved in educational initiatives.
• Monitor and report on program effectiveness, participant feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Training & Education teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
• Share success stories and solutions for improvements.
• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) and coordinate vendor selection and onboarding as needed.
• Track and monitor expenses to ensure all programs stay within allocated budgets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and industry standards related to clinical education.
