Pixomondo is currently looking for a HR Advisor to join the team starting 1. June 2025. This position is a parental leave cover.

Pixomondo (PXO) is an award-winning, solutions-oriented visual effects company that solves creative challenges for its clients and partners, crafting high-level visual effects for feature films, television series and commercials productions. For its work, PXO has won four Emmy Awards, an Academy Award and numerous other industry awards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide business-focused and best practice HR support to the team.
  • Act as a primary contact on all HR-related matters for the team.
  • Partner with People Managers / HODs to advise and manage performance, attendance or other employee relations issues.
  • Review salary benchmarking data to ensure correct application of salaries, in partnership with the Resourcing Manager when hiring new staff.
  • Stay informed of any changes in relevant employment legislation.
  • Maintain the HRIS to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Organise together with our Studio Manager Team events and exhibitions .
  • Lead on general HR project work, reporting and HR administration as requested by the Group Head of People or Head of Studio.

Requirements

  • Previous HR business partner / manager experience.
  • Experience in labor and social security law.
  • Self-starter with good sense of prioritization, able to deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to provide accurate data reporting / information when requested.
  • Excellent multitasking ability and balancing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic studio champion creating a warm and welcoming environment for the team to work.
