Summary

Responsibilities :

• Arrange and coordinate the pickup and delivery of import / export cargo via air, sea, and rail, ensuring on-time delivery to the destination;
• Handle and complete all documentation related to air / sea / rail shipments, including customs declarations and other necessary paperwork;
• Maintain regular communication with freight service providers and partners to ensure smooth logistics operations;
• Monitor order status and coordinate shipping and delivery details to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment;
• Accurately input cargo information and tracking records into the system to ensure data integrity and accuracy;
• Assist the team in resolving various operational issues related to multimodal transport to guarantee seamless cargo movement;
• Monitor the transportation process, proactively address potential issues, and ensure safe and timely cargo delivery.
