Senior Business Developer

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of IT services a strong industry network and the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the IT nearshoring industry and analyze competitors and industry developments to inform business strategy.
- Business Development : Identify and engage prospective clients presenting our nearshoring solutions and services develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share and prepare and deliver compelling proposals presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target companies serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention and negotiate contracts and service agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
