Minimum Germany presence: Alternate and second-shift coverage as scheduled REQUISITION ANMG-HS-002 CSS CAM LCAT 242 - Senior Technical Manager (provisional) DUTY LOCATION Storck Barracks, Illesheim, Bavaria, Germany WORK ARRANGEMENT FULL-TIME ONSITE - remote work is incidental REPORTS TO ERP Project Manager / designated functional lead EMPLOYMENT ERP DIRECT-PRIME PROJECT EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENT BASIS CONTRACT-COVERAGE: May serve as alternate/shift SSHO only after meeting all primary SSHO qualifications and Government approval About ERP and the Project Energy Resilience Partners, LLC (ERP) is a tribally led federal energy-resilience contractor building the contingent team for the USAG Ansbach - Storck Barracks Smart Microgrid in Bavaria, Germany.

The 730-day project integrates two 1 MW diesel generators, 2 MW / 4 MWh battery energy storage, photovoltaic generation, 20 kV medium-voltage distribution, fuel systems, protection, SCADA/microgrid controls, fiber communications, an underground interconnection corridor and full testing, training and commissioning.

Position Summary Provides field inspections, alternate coverage, AHA verification, training, and corrective-action follow-up under the SSHO.

What You Will Do Implement the approved plan, procedures, inspections, meetings, hold points, records, and independent authority assigned to the function.

Verify prerequisites before work release and coordinate with construction, design, OEM, testing, Government, and host-nation stakeholders.

Identify deficiencies or hazards, require correction, preserve evidence, and escalate recurring or material noncompliance.

Maintain complete daily/weekly records, training, qualifications, test/inspection data, and closeout evidence.

Support field execution without compromising independent quality, safety, cybersecurity, or compliance authority.

Minimum Qualifications Directly related education/training and substantial experience on federal, military, utility, industrial, or energy construction.

Current role-specific certifications, competent/qualified-person status, or inspection credentials as required by the work and award.

Ability to work the required Germany/site schedule and communicate effectively across multilingual field teams.

German-language capability and Germany-local credential/practice knowledge appropriate to the duties; English required for Government-facing functions.

Preferred Qualifications USACE CQM, EM 385, OSHA, CSP/CHST, NETA/NICET, cybersecurity, or discipline-specific credentials as applicable.

Germany Work Authorization, Location and Access German-language, local credential, local-practice or continuous-presence needs control selection.

Germany-local employment, approved DOCPER/ECOPS accreditation, or other lawful long-term work authorization before onsite work.

Direct employment by ERP/the prime is required for this Section 01 45 05 role unless a specific contract exception or written Contracting Officer approval applies.

No field work may begin until required Government personnel approval, installation access/badging, safety orientation, role designation/appointment, system/data permissions and work-front release are complete.

Field, Travel and Employment Conditions Work arrangement: FULL-TIME ONSITE - remote work is incidental; minimum presence: Alternate and second-shift coverage as scheduled.

Project-based and contingent upon award/NTP, funding, final staffing authorization, qualification verification, Government approval where applicable, employer-of-record completion and installation access.

Must support approved work hours, outages, testing windows, alternate shifts, weekends or German holidays when the schedule and lawful working-time controls require.

Must comply with ERP/prime direction, EM 385-1-1, German safety and labor requirements, quality controls, CUI/FCI and photography/device restrictions, accurate timekeeping and project conduct rules.
