In this role, you will support customers via phone, chat, and email, assisting them with product inquiries, purchasing decisions, orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations.
Position: Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent
Location: Athens, Greece – Piraeus
Work Model: Remote
Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Languages: Dutch – Fluent/Native + English B2+

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will:
You will receive fully paid training before starting the role, followed by a dedicated nesting period to help you transition smoothly into the position.
Regular training sessions, refreshers, and cross-skilling opportunities will allow you to continuously develop your customer service, product knowledge, and sales support skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for Dutch-speaking professionals looking to build an international career in Customer Support and Customer Service while living and working in Greece.
