Job Description :

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Microsoft Product Manager (d / f / m) to join our Information Management Department based in Donauwörth, Germany .

As a Microsoft Product Manager, you will be part of the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms team. You will be accountable end-to-end of the Microsoft Windows infrastructures . You will be in charge of the development of the Service Catalog of our products and solutions.

Your Challenges :

Design the new solutions and features to meet the Business requirements

Implement IT operational processes and procedures to monitor the robustness, optimization, automation and security of the solutions

Steer the providers on transformation and Business projects and follow-up Run activities

Maintain life cycle of IT assets and ensure the completeness of their technical & functional information including their relations in the configuration management database (CMDB)

Provide guidance and support to internal teams regarding the proper usage of IT platform solutions

Propose continuous improvement

Your boarding pass :

You have a Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in IT or in a comparible field of studies

You are service oriented, always seeking for quality and simplicity, framed by the processes and constraints

You are team spirit, sharing your knowledge but able to be autonomous even in complex situations. You are open minded and welcome feedback

You know the ITIL framework

You have troubleshooting skills allowing you to solve complex issues and provide effective solutions.

You have a good knowledge of

Windows Operating Systems

Microsoft System Center suite and especially Configuration management

PowerShell scripting

Appreciated : Nutanix, VMware, AWS, Dell & HP Servers, SAN & NAS storage , Zabbix Monitoring, Dynatrace, Ansible, ServiceNow

Negotiation level in English, German and / or French language skills are a plus

Steuerung der Anbieter bei Transformations- und Geschäftsprojekten und Nachverfolgung der laufenden Aktivitäten

Pflege des Lebenszyklus von IT-Assets und Sicherstellung der Vollständigkeit ihrer technischen und funktionalen Informationen einschließlich ihrer Beziehungen in der Konfigurationsmanagement-Datenbank (CMDB)

Beratung und Unterstützung interner Teams bei der ordnungsgemäßen Nutzung von IT-Plattformlösungen

Vorschläge für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen

Ihre Bordkarte :

Sie haben einen Bachelor und / oder Masterabschluss in IT oder in einer vergleichbaren Studienfachrichtung

Sie sind dienstleistungsorientiert, immer auf der Suche nach Qualität und Einfachheit, im Rahmen der Prozesse und Zwänge

Sie sind teamfähig, teilen Ihr Wissen, sind aber auch in der Lage, in komplexen Situationen eigenständig zu handeln. Sie sind aufgeschlossen und freuen sich über Feedback

Sie kennen den ITIL-Rahmen

Sie verfügen über Fähigkeiten zur Fehlersuche, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, komplexe Probleme zu lösen und effektive Lösungen anzubieten.

Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in :

• Windows-Betriebssystemen
• Microsoft System Center Suite und insbesondere Konfigurationsmanagement
• PowerShell-Skripterstellung
• Erwünscht : Nutanix, VMware, AWS, Dell & HP Server, SAN & NAS Speicher, Zabbix Monitoring, Dynatrace, Ansible, ServiceNow

Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, deutsche und / oder französische Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
