Senior Transfer agent – Boutique PFS, Satellite Offices

Our partner is a human-sized and historic PFS in the Grand Duchy and has, over the past years, grown organically. Indeed, since its creation, thisPFS has profited from a continuous development on all levels. They offer a comprehensive service to a wide range of clients on all levels (accounting, tax, transfer agency, compliance and so on).

You will evolve in a particularly modern environment . We also had the opportunity to meet them in their offices and were impressed by their approach : Whether in terms of the digital tools put in place, the vision, open-mindedness with regards to flexibility and homeworking or even the offices, you will find greater comfort here than in many other structures.

Flexibility and an excellent work / life balance is also something that they put forth very well : Overtime is very rare so you will have the opportunity to end the day as early as 4 PM, or even to work from one of the satellite offices multiple days per week (near the Belgian, French and even German border).

Lastly, the PFS has developed its clients base of Alternative funds (both in Private Equity and Real Estate) strongly over the years, so you will have the chance to work on files that are just as interesting as in the largest service providers in the country for example.

Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – Transfer agency – Fiduciary - Finance

  • As part of the team handling investment vehicles (AIF) , you will be in charge of the daily management of your portfolio.
  • You will serve as the main contact person for investors and respond to their inquiries. This involves processing transaction orders (e.g. transfers, redemptions, conversion) as well as dividend distributions.
  • You issue and transmit records to investors, including capital notices, contract notes, convening notices (shareholder meetings), holding statements, etc.
  • You secure the necessary documents from investors and initiate AML / KYT due diligence through the collection of investor application forms, AML documentation, etc.
  • You initiate and oversee recurrent AML investors’ reviews.
  • You liaise with auditors and follow up on their inquiries regarding investors’ documentation.

Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agent – Transfer agency – Fiduciary - Finance

  • For at least 3 years , you have been evolving as a Transfer Agent in Luxembourg (in a PFS, ManCo or Big Four) and have had exposure to alternative funds.
  • You communicate fluently in English , both spoken and written. French is a strong plus.
  • You would describe yourself as passionate about your field and with a real eagerness to learn.
  • You have a great sense of autonomy and are looking for a PFS that will allow you to work independently while still offering support when you need it.

  • You will notice, by joining this structure, that your technical level will substantially evolve as the PFS has the chance to assist high-level clients that are active in different fields.
  • Financially, a very complete salary package is offered which contains numerous fringe benefits such as meal vouchers , a bonus, pension plan, and 30 days off per year. Your gross salary can reach €72.000 per year depending on your experience.
  • Join a PFS in which the staff turn-over is extremely limited, as there are almost no resignations in this company which is proof that the employees feel well, and listened to.
