As a specialist of prevention and quality you will implement policies for security, prevention,protectionand quality on site in line with the applicable national legislation, customer requirements, ISO/TAPA standard as well as other service requirements related to certification of the on-site activities. After implementation, audits are expected, alongside the search for corrective actions in dialogue with the employer if needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning, documenting, followingupandmonitoringthe implementation of safety/quality processes and procedures.
Monitoring safety and quality by auditing processes and regular workplace visits.
Performing Risk analysis, understanding the risk profile of the various activities in the area.
Creating andmaintainingsystems of prevention and recovery to deal with potential threats to the company through a business continuity plan.
Providing high level recommendations to reduce identified risks, enabling the decision making ofthe leadershipmanagement.
Analyzing, in coordination with the line managers, accidents, near miss incident investigations and accidents with injuries that were reported by HR to the insurance.
Advising onworkplaces, materials, instructions in coordination with the line managers.
Processing andmonitoringthe effects of corrective and preventive actions.
Driving the sharing of safety and quality related information throughout the organization.
Cooperating in emergency procedures/First aid.
Managing the internal service for prevention and protection.
Contributing to the year and overall prevention plan.
Ensuring clear process steps are in place.
Reviewing/implementing performance follow up processes.
Evaluating processes for compliance with quality requirements.
Developing,performsand analyses audits.
Participating in external quality audits.
Identifying processes, aligningprocessesand creating new processes after identifying opportunities for improvement.
Monitoring the dangerous goods licenses andtrainingsfor staff on-site. Providing them with advice when needed.
Assistingwith implementing TSR/truck security for all relevant customers in the site.
Monitoring the TSR program.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Severalyear’s experienceas a certified prevention advisor in contractlogistics
Experience in a multinational organization, working with various cultures across the globe is a definite plus
Experience with IT systems is a definite plus
Quality lead auditorwithknowledge of ISO/TAPA and other international standards
Strong analytical andproblem solvingabilities
Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Ability to develop strong relationships with teamleadershelping them toidentifyand mitigate their risks.
Understanding the overall nature of the business and the interdependencies between the own function and the other functions
Good communication skills inGermanand fluency in English.
