As a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager at Westwing you will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline elevating hiring quality speed and candidate this hands-on and impact-driven role you will balance recruiting with targeted sourcing and employer branding initiatives that contribute to our vision of becoming the Superbrand in Design.

Your focus will be on our store and early-career segments where you will directly influence our ability to attract and hire outstanding talent. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across People & Culture Store Operations and other business functions acting with ownership pace and a strong customer mindset to ensure a seamless premium recruiting journey. This position is limited to 1 year and based in Munich .

WHAT YOULL DO

• Own end-to-end recruitment with focus on store teams and early-career talent across functions ensuring a fast smooth and premium candidate experience
• Review and process applications manage the candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews end-to-end including scheduling logistics and feedback collection
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines for critical profiles by developing target company lists outreach strategies and market insights
• Activate and evolve our employer branding presence across channels with compelling content and data-driven improvements to raise the talent bar and improve funnel quality
• Drive operational excellence across Talent Acquisition processes leveraging GenAI to streamline workflows improve documentation and enhance process hygiene
