We are currently seeking an IT Security Lead for Projects (m / f / d) for our client in the Erlangen area.

Your Responsibilities as IT Security Lead for Projects (m / f / d) :
- Leading the project through the security activities outlined in the relevant processes
- Assisting in the evaluation of security requirements and initiating necessary actions to ensure compliance
- Serving as the point of contact between the project execution team and the customer on security matters
- Articulating Siemens Energy’s perspective on the security of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS), as well as addressing any deviations or issues related to customer security requirements
What Impresses Us :
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cybernetics, Electronics, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of industrial control systems, IT / OT architectures, network engineering, and communication protocols
- Solid understanding of embedded systems and real-time control systems
- Proficient programming skills in embedded systems (e.g., C, C++) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems; familiarity with building automation systems and HVDC converter stations is a plus
- Knowledge of Site Security Infrastructure, including CCTV, access control, and similar systems
