Global Coil Radiation Cure Specialist (m / f / d)

Your Responsibilities

• Timely execution of planned tasks in accordance with the quality, health, safety, and environmental system to support projects
• Responsibility for and development of appropriate laboratory procedures
• Logging completed work and accurate results
• Responsibility for the examination, evaluation, and presentation of results
• Preparation of reports and presentations
• Support in the continuous development of the department
• Close collaboration with others

Your requirements

• Completed training as a paint laboratory technician with further training as a technician; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in (coating) chemistry or polymer science.
• Relevant professional experience in the R&D (Research and Development) field of the coil-coating industry.
• Initial knowledge in electron beam and UV curing of coatings is advantageous.
• Experience in product development.
• Knowledge in project management is desirable.
• Independent, organized, and methodical work approach.
• Commitment and teamwork.
• Analytical and communicative skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and pronounced results orientation.
• Fluent English skills are mandatory; knowledge of German is advantageous.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Fristgerechte Durchführung geplanter Aufgaben in Übereinstimmung mit den Qualitäts-, Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltsystem zur Unterstützung bei Projekten
• Verantwortung für und Entwicklung von geeigneten Laborverfahren
• Protokollierung abgeschlossener Arbeiten sowie der genauen Ergebnisse
• Verantwortung für die Prüfung, Auswertung und Darstellung von Ergebnissen
• Vorbereitung von Berichten und Präsentationen
• Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicllung der Abteilung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Funktionen, Standorten und Abteilungen

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Lacklaborant (m / w / d) mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker; alternativ Bachelor-Abschluss in der (Beschichtungs-)Chemie oder Polymerwissenschaft
• Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich R&D der Coil-Coating Industrie
• Erste Kenntnisse in der Elektronenstrahl- und UV-Härtung von Beschichtungen von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung
• Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
• Selbstständige, organisierte und methodische Arbeitsweise
• Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
• Analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
• Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung
• Fließende Englischkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich; Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
