Company Overview : Join a leading player in the fintech industry as they expand their presence in the German market. Our client is a global provider of innovative expense management software, dedicated to revolutionizing how businesses handle corporate travel and expenses across Europe.

Position Overview : Global Account Manager DACH

What will you do? As a Global Account Manager DACH, you will be the primary point of contact for our German customers, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with our products and services.

You will actively seek new opportunities to grow revenue within your accounts and contribute to the overall success of our Sales team.

Main Objectives :

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain our product value.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to client queries.
  • Develop additional business with existing customers by keeping them informed of new product features and engaging them to use our solution on a larger scale.
  • Achieve personal targets and contribute to the Sales team’s overall target.

Tasks & Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify stakeholders and contact persons while keeping our CRM up to date.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with assigned customers to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Expand commercial relationships within your customer portfolio by identifying sales opportunities and following up until sales order (renewals and upsells).
  • Deliver throughout the sales cycle, including preparing presentations, delivering demos, and creating offers.
  • Document and track opportunity progress in our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Validate and process change requests.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations if needed.
  • Participate in departmental improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements : About You :

  • 5 years of successful track record as Account Executive / Manager within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering results.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, becoming a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial spirit, thriving in a hands-on environment.
  • Collaborative team player, actively contributing to team objectives and events.
  • Native German speaker with fluent English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
