The Company

We're a new(!) Berlin-based cybersecurity venture on a mission to secure our clients' human factor in cybersecurity. Our founder team has been around the block in VC-funded ventures, and we think we have uncovered a unique (and proven!) B2B SaaS has the opportunity to be seized over the next few years in building an international, significant, category-leading company starting in Berlin.

That’s where you come in.

The Role

As our (Founder) CPO, you'll be the visionary product leader driving our cybersecurity platform from concept to market dominance.

You'll work closely with our engineering and design teams to build a product that not only meets but anticipates the needs of IT security professionals and IT departments.

The Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and roadmap development
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring innovative features to life
• Conduct market research and user interviews to understand the customer deeply
• Define and track key product metrics, using data to drive decision-making
• Represent the company and product vision to investors, partners and at events
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team as we scale

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven track record in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or related fields we are specifically looking for someone with cybersecurity experience
• Strong understanding of AI / ML technologies and their practical applications
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with a keen eye for UX / UI design
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience in fundraising and pitching to investors is a plus
