As a Reporting Manager you are responsible for preparing, developing, and presenting KPIs and detailed financial reports for investors, management, and various service providers.

Description
As Reporting Manager, your responsibilities are :
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both the firm and the funds.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on deals and transactions for board presentations , focusing on regulatory compliance and investor relations.
- Act as the primary liaison for partners, investors, and third-party service providers , ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary financial data and prepare audit confirmations and reports.
- Develop and implement efficient reporting systems , addressing stakeholder concerns, and centralizing reporting tasks currently split between teams.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and investor relations to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with CSSF and other regulatory bodies.
- Tailor financial reports and presentations based on specific requirements, making complex figures easily understandable.
Profile
Your Qualities as Reporting Manager :
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxembourg in financial services field, with a strong understanding of SPVs and funds.
- Proven experience in private equity and familiarity with investor relations and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis software, with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment , learning by doing and adapting quickly to new challenges.
- Ability to handle large datasets and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, another local language is preferred.
