Job profile for Sales & Service employees

Contract review

• Processing of incoming new or amending contracts
• Completeness check of the necessary documents (contracts) / information
• Interface to the sales representative in case of missing documents
• Prioritization of incoming contracts
• Checking shipping orders
• Planning and implementation of terminal rollouts for major customers
• General Quality Assurance
• Support for payment terminal exchanges
• Evaluation of customer conversations and visit reports
• Maintenance of Master Data

Professional Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
• Accustomed to working independently
• High machining efficiency
• Mother tongue German
• English language skills
