Senior Data Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

Our User Engagement Platforms team provides technicalfoundations for New-Work's data-driven products and marketingactivities.

We are the connecting link between business andtechnology departments and work with a variety of teams, such asProduct, Marketing and Data Science.

For these departments we buildand maintain in-house services as well as owning external Servicesfor our stakeholders. To name a few : We're technically responsiblefor our Customer Data Platform, tag management, audience managementand marketing automation.

And in addition to pure technical topics,we are also involved in business related initiatives likeattribution modelling and consulting respective teams from atechnical perspective. Your tasks :

• Being in charge of the designof Data Pipelines in the Marketing and Personalization area.
• Cooperating with our Business Analyst in translating businessRequirements into data solutions.
• Acting as a point of contactfor internal stakeholders using our Engagement and Data Platformsand advising them on how to use our solutions.
• Modelling userdata models that are used in our Engagement Platforms
• Taking careof implementing a holistic quality assurance and, with that,monitor the accuracy and completeness of our data.
• MaintainingData Integrations, audiences and user-journeys in our off-the-shelfsolutions. Your skills :
• 3 to 5 years of professional experiencein the Marketing Technology area handling technologies such asCDPs, Marketing Automation Softwares or Marketing Tracking
• Experience in maintaining user data models, designing dataintegrations and implementing strategies for data quality assuranceand validation techniques
• Strong analytical and conceptionalthinking in order to translate business demands into technicalconcepts.
• The ability to interpret complex data sets and explaincorresponding processes and insights in a simple and understandableway.
• Technical understanding of infrastructure and architectureto discuss technical approaches with Engineers
• Proficiency indata manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English, especially on a businessand tech level.
