Salesforce Administrator
YOUR MISSION
- Oversee technical design, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce environment
- Ensure functional and non-functional requirements for new solution integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and issues up to 2
level support
- Plan and execute data backups and restores
- Evaluate Salesforce release strategies and contribute to project implementations
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Strong experience in Salesforce platform administration and operation
- Proficiency in IT organizational frameworks such as Scrum and ITIL
- Knowledge of Energy & Utilities Cloud is advantageous
- Programming skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components are desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- German language proficiency at B2 level or higher
