Senior HR Business Partner - Corporate (Enablers) Function

Where your expertise is needed :
- Strategic partner with Finance, Legal and HR leaders in your scope to help build effective organizations and drive team and individual performance.
- Advise and enable leaders on a diverse range of people topics and drive the execution of key people programs such as workforce planning, performance management, compensation review, talent review and talent management, succession planning, team health and engagement
- Participate in change initiatives on a group level, and drive change on domain level.
- Generate insights from data to inform the people agenda and leadership decision-making, use data to analyze a problem, design solutions and recommend an approach.
- Identify opportunities for improving our local and global HR policies and processes and share your ideas with subject matter experts and workstreams, for example People Ops on Workday user experience or global mobility.
- Liaise with BP colleagues and local experts to ensure compliance and solutions put in place conform with local usuality to create a consistent experience for all AVIVers considering local regulations.
- In collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team align hiring plans and drive opportunities for internal mobility to provide career development and ensure the right talent in the right place.
- Facilitate team sessions regarding AVIV’s engagement survey and work with the leaders on measurable action planning to create the best place to work in real estate.
Qualifications
What we are looking for :
- Proven track record as an experienced HR manager or HR Business Partner, gained in tech enabled business (e.g. SaaS, marketplace, classifieds, e-commerce) at a matrixed international company, Europe or EMEA region.
- Good understanding of corporate functions, typical challenges in this area, talent profiles and how to influence leaders.
- You are a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast paced environment that gives room to shape the way things are done.
- When working on the people roadmap you start with the business, have good business acumen, and understand the impact of strategic business goals on the organization and talent.
- You have strong communication skills coupled with tact and empathy, and feel comfortable working with leaders across all levels.
- Analytical thinking and generating insights from data comes easy for you, and you can visualize data for presentation and quick understanding.
- Excellent knowledge of German labour law, works council, social security law, and it’s a plus if you know the basics of French and Belgium regulations.
- Fluent in German and English
- We have a hybrid policy and love to meet our colleagues regularly, thus you should be ok to work from the office 3-4 days per week (office : Berlin-Mitte)
