About the Role : As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the clients of a well-known financial institution.
You’ll handle inquiries through calls, chat, and email , helping clients with online banking navigation, product conditions, and marketing campaigns.
Your key tasks will include :
- Assisting customers via calls, chat, and email
- Providing information on products and ongoing campaigns
- Supporting central marketing initiatives
- Handling card blocking, appointment scheduling, and mediation processes

Requirements :
