About the Role : As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the clients of a well-known financial institution.
You’ll handle inquiries through calls, chat, and email , helping clients with online banking navigation, product conditions, and marketing campaigns.
Your key tasks will include :
- Assisting customers via calls, chat, and email
- Providing information on products and ongoing campaigns
- Supporting central marketing initiatives
- Handling card blocking, appointment scheduling, and mediation processes
You’ll play a crucial role in improving the customer journey and ensuring high levels of satisfaction in every interaction.

Relocation Support : For candidates relocating from abroad, the company offers up to €700 in reimbursement for relocation expenses and 4 weeks of hotel accommodation to ensure a smooth transition into your new life in Porto.
Requirements :
- Fluency in German (C2) and English (B2)
- Work permit for Portugal
- Availability to start ASAP
- Experience in customer service is preferred, but not essential
- A dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving
