As part of our dynamic project team, you can play a key role in quality management. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who can find new ways of thinking and respond flexibly to our customers' requirements.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Further development and implementation of quality management according to DIN EN 9001 with a focus on product and supplier quality :

• Ensuring that quality management and quality assurance make a considerable contribution to the company's success Processing of complaints according to 8D and preparation of reports Development and implementation of improvement projects according to PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) Process analysis, application of metrics (KPIs) in the recording and optimization according to lean principles as well as documentation of processes
• Preparation and project-accompanying implementation of project-specific quality plans in large-scale projects in high-tech plant engineering, e.

g. the semiconductor industry

• Contact person for customers and suppliers regarding quality plans, audits, action plans, complaints and acceptances
• Further development and ensuring compliance with quality standards in a global manufacturing network, with locations in Europe, Asia and America

Show your expertise

• Successfully completed technically oriented university degree, e.g. in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in comparable positions in quality management at a plant manufacturer or technology-oriented company
• Proven expertise and success in the implementation of effective quality management in the context of technically demanding products and projects
• Passionate about technical issues
• Proficiency in German and English language with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to solve constantly evolving problems
• Performance-oriented personality with high level of communication skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and IT applications, e.g. CAQ system Babtec
• Willing and able to travel occasionally
