Customer Support Operations Manager
ON Drive GmbH is the backbone of the German e-mobility business and represents the brand E.We bring renewable energy to the road and support individuals and companies throughout Germany, to travel in a clean, quiet and affordable way by using electromobility.

- Documentation, analysis, and management of customer requests within our CRM / Predictive Maintenance Tool
- Taking relevant suppression measurements and steering our field service partners
- Proactive and transparent communication to our customers
- You ensure that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework
- You help us to further improve our service quality and our operational excellence
- Contribute to the continuous growth of our eMobility business
Your profile
- University degree with a focus on electrical engineering or a comparable professional training
- Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry
- Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations
- Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German
- Can do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area
