The Supervisor NPI + Projects (m / f / d) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading the NPI + Projects Team.

This position is part of the Manufacturing & Process Engineering (Technical Operations) team located in Baierbrunn / Munich and will be on-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

Lead, manage and mentor your team.

Lead projects in operations to execute the implementation of changes to the business. Projects are related to, but not limited to : NPI (New Product Introduction), CI (Continuous Improvement) and Design Changes.

Engage with R&D to understand program roadmaps, project scope and set the right project teams.

Making sure deadlines within the team are keep and needed information is shared with relevant stakeholders.

Drive a project management culture in the department and approaching knowledge sharing across projects to ensure continuous improvement.

Coordinate resources and sets daily priorities to meet operational objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include :

Master’s degree in Manufacturing / Production or Process Engineering or similar and extensive experience in manufacturing processes (+7 years).

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Experience in managing people and a strong technical background.

Experience in the implementation of design changes and projects in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent skills in Project Management Tools (e.g. Miro, Smartsheet, MS Project).

Excellent English and German skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in :

Experience in ISO 13485.

Experience in Visual Project Management / PMP certification.
