ARHS Group is looking for an experienced Bid Manager ( m / f ) with English writing skills at native or professional level (C2).
You will lead and actively support the preparation of winning proposals in the IT sector (consultancy, software development, data science, managed services, infrastructure) for public and private customers in BeNeLux countries, especially for large open public tenders for EU Institutions.
You will be part of our very experienced and successful bid team located in Luxembourg (with a choice to be also based in Belgium).
Roles and responsibilities :
- Analyse tender specifications to identify requirements;
- Participate to defining the winning strategy based on requirements;
- Design the best-value solution in collaboration with technical experts;
- Write the proposal in English (French and / or Dutch is a plus);
- Collaborate with team members, technical experts, sales team, or external contributors;
- Ensure coverage of requirements by the proposal (selection and award criteria).
Your profile :
- University degree in IT or long experience in the role;
- Professional experience in IT projects, e.g. as Architect, Analyst, Developer, Project Manager, Data Scientist, etc.;
- Professional experience in projects or tenders for EU Institutions is an important added-value;
- Fluency in English (C2), both written and verbal; French and or Dutch are a plus;
- Practical experience in proposal preparation and bid management, ideally on EU Institutions public IT tenders;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Solution-oriented and curious mind-set;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Effective time management and organizational abilities;
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and grow;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
