ERP Change Management Lead (all genders), full-time/part-time possible
We are seeking an experienced Change Leader to spearhead Change Management during the design, build, and deployment of a new Life Science ERP process and system template.
This role requires close collaboration with senior business and IT leadership to ensure a business-driven and value-focused process design, incorporating effective Change Management principles, frameworks, and tactics from the outset.
You will lead significant change initiatives across multiple business units and regions, impacting all of the Life Sciences business.
Collaboration is vital, as the Change Management Lead will advise senior leadership, external consultancy, and stream leads from Business & IT to drive top-down business transformation.
You will be accountable for communication, training, and HR initiatives support the Change and Program plan to ensure seamless implementation of program objectives.
The role demands strong capability in managing ambiguity and complexity, enabling the leader to adapt strategies swiftly under high-pressure conditions.

Key Responsibilities : Accountable for the change management strategic planning to maximize adoption and minimize resistance during the transition to new business processes and ERP systems.
Anticipate global impact of upstream and downstream changes within the Life Science organization will impact the overall ERP program;
advise on adapting or evolving the planned approach.Partner with senior leadership, external consultant agencies, and stream leads from Business & IT to implement change management efforts, enabling business transformation.
Advise communication and functional training experts to ensure implementation roadmaps are developed to maximize the impact and efficiency of the transformation.
Partner with senior functional leaders to develop and implement targeted change management plans and initiatives across multiple business functional areas, focusing on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, solutions, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop global change management training programs to ensure all employees are prepared for the transition and can act as multipliers and change agents.
Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption and proficiency of individual changes.Evaluate change impact assessments to identify employee groups affected by the process changes and ensure that targeted tactics (e.
g., communication, training) are carefully developed and reach the intended audiences. Identify risks and ensure mitigation tactics are implemented.
Who You Are : Proven leader in change management strategies with extensive experience in ERP implementations and large-scale transformation projects, capable of steering significant organizational change and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in change management or a related field.
Advanced degrees (e.g., MA, MBA, PhD) are highly preferred.Extensive experience designing and implementing change management tactics for various organizations.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully guiding leadership through complex transformation initiatives.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, adept at conveying complex information and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and complexity, swiftly adapting strategies to navigate high-stress conditions and dynamic environments.
Expertise in utilizing change management methodologies, backed by relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP), to ensure effective and sustainable change adoption.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the capability to assess complex situations, develop data-driven insights, and make informed decisions related to change initiatives.
Technical understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP S4 / HANA, and their transformative impact on business processes and operations. #LSER
