Responsibilities
Your Role as a Customer Service Representative : As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice our clients hear on the other end of the line, helping them navigate their questions and concerns.
Your daily duties will include :
Answering inbound calls and emails from customers.
Providing top-notch customer support in a timely and efficient manner.
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution.
Documenting customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues.
