As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will partner directly with Hiring Managers to hire world class talent for ATOSS. You'll assess the business needs and competitive landscape to develop and execute hiring plans.
You'll focus on delivering a great candidate experience supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle and identify motivators to engage and close candidates.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing) AND 2+ years experience in Software Sales Recruitment
- Fluency in German and English is a MUST
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Adaptability of approach & style to effectively collaborate with, convince and influence a diverse stakeholder group in a complex environment with clarity and persuasiveness
- Continuously innovate on recruiting practices and approaches and closely follow trends and developments in the recruiting market and apply them to your projects and searches
- Enthusiastic about a quality-oriented approach to talent acquisition it takes what it takes mass hiring is not your bag
