Working Student - HR - Employee Digital and Service Experience – Emerging Talent Program (all genders)
We are looking for a highly motivated Working Student (all genders), German Speaker, who would like to join our HR Employee Digital and Service Experience Team in Frankfurt for 19 h / week during the semester, full-time during breaks on-site in Frankfurt, starting as soon as possible.
The duration of program is one year.
Job Summary :
As a Working Student - HR - Employee Digital and Service Experience Emerging Talent Program you will assist EDSE Team in HR related activities, including dealing with employees queries, assisting in process improvement and automation, assisting in the on / offboarding of employees.
This Role provides everything you need to be successful from training and mentorship to projects that engage all your skills.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle documentation between employees, HR department, functional teams and vendors
- Deal with simple employee queries via email and internal systems
- Produce workforce reports according to specifications in timely manner
- Assist with project-related tasks linked to process improvement and automation
- Work in close cooperation with the other members of the team
- Coordinate tasks with various internal departments both locally and regionally within EMEA
- Assist with ad-hoc local requests
- Support on payroll preparation, incl. preparing the benefits
- Assist in the on- and offboarding of employees
- Assist in the preparation of reference letters
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
- Fluent in German and in English is a must
- Studies of Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
- Strong MS Excel Skills
- Ambitious, hard-working, driven and capacity to show initiative
- Attention to details
- Reliability and team-player personality
