As a German-speaking Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with copyright guidelines and enhancing user experience on a popular social media platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Thoroughly review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices to ensure precision and compliance.
- Update and audit content for seamless upload on social media platforms.
- Ensure services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services.
- Adhere strictly to accuracy guidelines and uphold data protection measures.
Profile :
- Fluent in German (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Strong proficiency in PC navigation and technology use.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Porto and work flexible shifts.
- Possession of a valid work permit in Portugal (EU citizenship).
