As a key team member, you will be responsible to conceptualize and deliver a compelling and understandable customer offering and customer experience for a highly complex energy product.

Employment Type : Full-Time, indefinite term

Salary Range : € 88,000-110,000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

Hybrid work setup (min. 3 days in the office, 2 days in home office)

Language Requirement : C1 Level German and English

Your Responsibilities

Conceptualize, define, and drive implementation of the customer offering along all customer touchpoints for our Enpal.One and Virtual Power Plant (VPP) products.

Collaborate with a product designer and our VPP teams to

create innovative ways to communicate our state-of-the-art Virtual Power Plant technology

bring the customer perspective into building the VPP technology

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

Engage with customers, test concepts with the purpose of creating exceptional customer journey and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in the Enpal ecosystem including engineering, design, marketing, finance and sales to define product requirements and drive product implementation.

Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, balancing the needs and expectations of various teams and individuals with competing priorities.

Facilitate productive discussions and decision-making processes to drive consensus and move initiatives forward in a timely manner.

Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and hold teams accountable to delivering impact.

Your Profile

5+ years of working experience in relevant B2C product management and / or user experience (UX) positions

Proven track record in building, launching and scaling complex B2C product while covering whole product lifecycle management, with particular focus on customer journey and user experience

You have a passion for putting yourself in the customer shoes, understanding customer needs and for simplifying complex tech products for them

You are able to manage diverse stakeholders, gather requirements and input and drive implementation of your vision throughout the whole Enpal ecosystem

You are proficient in verbal and written communication skills in German and English
