Introduction :
ITBM is seeking a qualified Security Guard Supervisor on behalf of its client to lead and manage security operations at a confidential site in Kaiserslautern.
This role requires extensive experience in security management, adherence to military and host nation protocols, and the ability to supervise a team of security personnel effectively.
Location : Panzer Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany

Position Summary
The Security Guard Supervisor (SGS) is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel and assets at the site.
The SGS will serve as the primary point of contact for security matters and work closely with designated representatives to maintain a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage security operations, ensuring compliance with military and host nation security protocols.
- Serve as the primary contact for security-related matters, communicating effectively with client representatives and personnel.
- Oversee incident response procedures and ensure all security personnel are trained to respond effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and provide necessary documentation regarding team qualifications and performance.
Qualifications :
- Citizenship : U.S. citizen.
- Security Clearance : Active DOD Secret Security Clearance with appropriate determination from the Central Adjudication Facility.
Experience :
Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory or management role in one of the following fields :
- Armed security services
- Law enforcement (Federal, State, or Local)
- Military service
- Contract management
Skills and Abilities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a security team and respond effectively to incidents.
- Proficient in English, with strong oral and written communication skills for clear interaction with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant military regulations and host nation laws.
