Operations Manager

What are we looking for

At Cosentino (www.cosentino.com) we are looking for an Operation Manager located in Munich, who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.

What you will do

Logistics :

Prepare appropriate documentation for loading and unloading trucks and containers.

Organize and maintain delivery schedule daily with efficiency route planning.

Quality and Safety Control :

Responsible for quality control by reviewing all incoming and outgoing product for damage.

Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis.

Lead and maintain a safe working area ensuring that Health and Safety processes and procedures are met.

Administration :

Assist with system order entry when needed, as well as customer delivery schedules.

Responsible for inventory management and control.

Able to enter orders into SAP, interact with customers, load / unload products, and move product within the warehouse as needed.

What you need to succeed

Professional Experience :

3+ years of operational and people management experience in logistic.

1+ inventory management experience.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Desired : SAP.

Knowledge :

Building materials market.

High level of English.

Any further language such as Spanish would help to execute internal / external communications, however, is not a must.

Academical Background :

Completed High School or equivalent (at least).

Desired : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
