Brand Development : Build and enhance a strong, recognizable brand that aligns with our values and mission.

Strategy Development : Build and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to a sustainability-focused project.

Storytelling : Craft compelling narratives that emphasize the project’s sustainability goals and impact.

Tool Integration : Leverage modern tools and AI-driven technologies to optimize marketing efforts.

Content Creation & Editing : Develop and refine compelling content for diverse platforms to captivate and engage audiences.

Campaign Management : Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to engage and captivate target audiences.

Data-Driven Insights : Analyze marketing performance data and refine strategies to maximize impact.

Collaboration : Work closely with leadership and external partners to align marketing efforts with overall goals.

Requirements

Experience : Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, ideally for sustainability or impactful initiatives.

Tech-Savvy : Hands-on experience with advanced marketing tools and AI applications.

Entrepreneurial Spirit : A proactive, results-oriented approach with a drive to make a difference.

Sustainability Enthusiast : A passion for creating positive environmental or social impact through innovative marketing.

Strong Communicator : Proficiency in German (required) and English to communicate effectively with local audiences and potential partners.

Self-Starter : Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
