As the Brand PR Lead at On, you'll spearhead a team of stellar talent and collaborate with a roster of fantastic agencies in building our brand via unique, impactful stories across the EMEA region.

We have big ambitions and this role is crucial in achieving them as we enhance our credibility amongst different audience groups by landing strong coverage in print, online and social media.

You will manage top tier media relationships. You will develop and implement regional PR activations. You will make strategic decisions about where to focus across the verticals and markets we serve.

You will collaborate with teams across communications, influencer and sports marketing, social and creative to craft impactful PR strategies that resonate with local communities and bring our regional priorities to life in earned media.

Your mission

• As Brand PR Lead EMEA, you will take charge of the regional PR strategy and roadmap.
• You will lead a fantastic team of talented high performers across London, Berlin and Zurich.
• You’ll bring a strong creative POV to global stories and craft compelling local narratives.
• You’ll oversee our PR agency partnerships across the EMEA region.
• You will collaborate with other teams to ensure PR is fully integrated into wider plans.
• You’ll plan regional stories around product launches, events and sporting moments.
• You will have a deep understanding of how subcultures get inspired and influenced.
• You will identify new earned media channels to meaningfully reach our communities.
• You’ll use your analytical skills to measure the impact of our work and inform future plans.
• You’ll build lasting relationships with selected top-tier EMEA media and stakeholders.

Your story

• Ideally you bring 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in an in-house PR department or agency.
• You have a track record leading impactful consumer PR campaigns from start to finish.
• You have a keen eye for what makes a compelling story.
• You bring deep knowledge of the PR landscape and how the industry works.
• You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• You have experience of adapting global or regional PR strategies for local markets.
• You're digitally savvy and have worked closely with social and influencer teams.
• You have a strong understanding of active lifestyle culture and performance sports.
• You are used to working in dynamic, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
• You are interested in movement and wellbeing.
• You are fluent or C1+ level in English - German language (and market experience) is a plus.

Meet the team

This role will be based in Zurich, Berlin or London and you will sit at the intersection of several incredible teams packed with talented people based primarily in those three locations.

The Brand PR team tells compelling stories about all that On entails across a growing list of channels, which requires collaboration across the company.

On is a Swiss company with a stunning home in Zurich and rapidly growing teams in Berlin and London. The work will be hybrid and flexible, with some travel to Zurich, London, Paris, Berlin, Milan and other cities in the EMEA region.
