- Experience research : You support MCU architects in developing memory architecture for the new automotive generation
- Data is everything : You evaluate big sets of data of memory parameters and visualize the most important KPIs. Besides, you program small tools using VBA to help handle complex Memory database
- Reliable work : You evaluate small synthesized Memory designs versus real full custom Memory designs
- Shape the future : You improve ways of working by looking at future AI application usages
- Teamwork is dreamwork : You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of memory concepts with overall system requirements
- Inform your colleagues : You assist in documenting memory concepts
- Study field : You are currently studying Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Experience : You have first experiences with semiconductors and have ideally worked on a project involving Excel and / or data evaluation before
- Skills : You are proficient in Excel and have a basic understanding of MATLAB. You understand coding languages such as Python as a plus
- Knowledge : You are familiar with safety standards such as ISO 26262
- Way of working : You possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, while paying close attention to detail
- Personality : You are motivated to learn and work independently
- Language skills : You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Important information :
- Working part-time : The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome : You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months.
You must also not be in a semester of leave.
You should live close to the site : It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team.
You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
