Senior Content Manager (m/f/d)*
Your Job
- Create communication concepts and content to ensure strategic and business messages reach relevant audiences through appropriate and high-impact formats and channels
- Create highly effective digital and analog content for well-designed client journeys and value-adding customer experience.
This includes editorial formats such as video, infographics, blogs, pitch presentations, and data visualizations, as appropriate
- Advising on editorial issues, providing strategic and tactical consulting and guidance to anyone seeking to publish information, and advising colleagues on how to conceptualize, create, and distribute the right content to achieve their goals
- Development of an integrated content strategy, including channel selection and focus, and definition of metrics to be applied and aligned with overall company and business objectives
- Identify, design and implement global communication campaigns in collaboration with other Global Com colleagues
- Build and maintain highly collaborative partnerships with Global Com peers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of impactful content across all formats and media
- Steer and work with external agencies in accordance with Global Com guidelines
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree in communications, business or other discipline preferred
- 4+ years of relevant experience developing and executing multifaceted, integrated multimedia communication campaigns
- Exceptional editorial and copywriting skills in German and English for all digital and analog formats
- Extensive knowledge of content marketing programs and managing content marketing strategy, communication trends, analytics and best practices in digital and traditional marketing and communications
- Highly creative, change-oriented, collaborative and excellent people skills to quickly communicate ideas
- Experience influencing and negotiating with stakeholders, business units, clients and other Group Com departments by providing strategic advice
- Positive, self-motivated and growth mindset with high emotional intelligence
- Strong decisiveness in matters of efficiency and prioritization
