About the Job : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with development teams, various quality functions, and solution development teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards for our product portfolio and complete solutions, which are integral to our EV business.
As the Regulations Manager, you will define, develop, review, and approve all regulatory topics, including CE marking and UL / CSA conformity Responsibilities About the Team : This role reports directly to the business segment management.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Learning Products, Documentation, and the Solution Center organization, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment Responsibilities : Manage product regulation responsibilities, including defining test procedures, plans, and environmental conditions, reviewing test procedures, and signing off on conformity.
Qualify and manage external test providers for safety, EMC, and label testing. Develop procedures to execute conformity for laboratory-level CE marks or similar, according to industry-accepted standards (e.
g., Low Voltage Directive, Machine Directive). Proactively develop processes in the areas of safety, quality, and regulatory topics.
Continuously improve processes for solution-level regulatory topics within the Keysight regulatory environment. Collaborate and actively contribute to risk and hazard assessments during project phases.
Lead customer engagements regarding regulatory topics during project phases or audits. Qualifications Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Several years work experience in regulatory, safety, or EMC-related fields. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, international, and cross-functional team.
Demonstrated leadership skills to set strategy and manage execution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English;
proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Desired Qualifications : Experience or certification in process management.
Prior work experience in a similar role at an accredited service provider or in the automotive industry. Result-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
