Compliance Engineer

Sener is part of the international consortium carrying out the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of two combined cycle power plants, paving the way for the coal-free and hydrogen ready future.
Both combined cycle power plants located in Baden-Württemberg will replace existing coal-fired power plants as part of the "energy transition" (Energiewende) with more efficient natural gas fired plants while enabling future fuel mix combustion of up to 20% by volume of hydrogen.
Both plants (Altbach / Deizisau and Heilbronn) are expected to deliver in total nearly approximately 1340 megawatts (MW) to the German grid, the equivalent needed to power approximately 2,4 million German homes as well as steam for district heating for the citizens, commerce and industry of Heilbronn and the larger Stuttgart area.
We are searching for a candidate to develop and implement a combined cycle power plant project technical compliance plan according to local, national and international standards and regulations, candidates must have a sound technical background in thermal and gas-fired energy generation power plants.
What you will do :
- Ensure project technical compliance with applicable standards, laws and regulations.
- Coordination of design review works
- Organize and supervise the erection and completion of certificates, tests and studies.
- Produce reports compliance tests and certificates
- Coordination of compliance protocols and integration with project stakeholders and partners
- Advising project management on compliance-related matters
- Applicable Operation and Maintenance manuals compilation
What we expect from you :
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or similar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a compliance engineer in energy generation projects.
- Proficiency in report writing, analysis and compliance procedures.
- Understanding International and German regulatory frameworks (DVGW,VdS,WHG,PED ).
- Solid technical knowledge and understanding of Energy generation equipment and processes.
- Problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in German and English languages.
