Key Responsibilities :
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory.
- Present the platform to relevant stakeholders
- Proactively engage with clients and users via emails, calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Use data to identify trends and make informed decisions on sales priorities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to team campaigns.
- Represent the company at trade shows and participate in marketing activities.
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Fluent German communication skills.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Passion for education, and leveraging technology to make a difference.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build remote relationships.
- Ability to communicate a compelling story effectively in a short time.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Basic salary : 50-60k plus commission. On average, more than 80k per annum.
