Title : Sales Manager

Requirements :

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, new energy, electricity, battery technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in solar industry sales, with a preference for candidates with expertise in inverter and battery products.
• An extensive network of solar energy storage installers and distributors within Germany.
• A proven record of exceptional personal sales achievements.
• Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a history of successful business contract negotiations.
• The capability to analyze market trends and develop strategic responses.
• A comprehensive understanding of the solar market and its trends.
• A willingness to accommodate frequent travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities :

• To develop new accounts, including wholesalers and installers, within the German market.
• To execute business development initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in Germany.
• To act as a brand advocate, with in-depth knowledge of our full product portfolio.
• To address all commercial and product-related inquiries from clients and partners.
• To oversee the order fulfillment process to ensure timely and efficient follow-up.
• To manage the sales pipeline with the aim of achieving or exceeding the sales targets that have been set.
• To proactively seek out and secure new customers, with a focus on those within the solar and electrical installation sectors.
• To maintain and strengthen relationships with existing installers and distributors across Germany.
• To plan, organize, and deliver sales and product training sessions for partners and clients.
• To work towards consolidating and enhancing our brand's market presence within Germany.
• To actively participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other external marketing activities.
