Sustainability Manager

In our Climate Change and Sustainability Services in Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt / Main, Stuttgart or Munich, you will accompany national and international clients on their way to more sustainable corporate management.

You will take on a variety of tasks :

• Supervision and support of our clients' management in fulfilling various reporting obligations (including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, EU Taxonomy Regulation) in the context of sustainability (internal and external)
• Management of interdisciplinary projects, e.g. support materiality analyses and development of solutions to make your clients' non-financial processes more efficient
• Development of (ESG) strategies for the implementation of sustainability projects and integration into existing processes
• Audit of sustainability reports and other non-financial information (e.g. climate reporting)
• Expansion of the order and customer portfolio through the use of own networks and further development of the team and team structures

What you bring to the table skills that will help you shape the future

• At least five years of professional experience in management consulting, reporting related to sustainability or in sustainability departments of industrial companies, ideally with a focus on sustainability reporting
• Degree in economics, law, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
• Sense of responsibility, high level of commitment, leadership skills, team spirit and willingness to travel
• Analytical, structured way of working as well as a high degree of initiative and service mentality
• Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
