As a technology-driven and engineer-centric organization, our mission is to democratize AI across factories worldwide. To realize this vision, we are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join us as a Sales Manager / Director in Germany.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our expansion efforts and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Become an Expert : Develop a profound understanding of our customers, products, and the market landscape to effectively position and promote our client's AI solutions.
- Client-Centric Approach : Conduct discovery calls with a customer-focused approach to swiftly identify client situations and pain points.
Clarify how our solutions can create a tangible impact and contribute to their business success.
- Strategic Collaboration : Collaborate closely with our leadership team on strategic projects. Showcase your excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking to drive growth initiatives.
- Leads Generation : Book meetings through a combination of calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and independent research.
Your efforts will generate a strong pipeline for your Account Executive colleagues.
Building Strong Relationships : Establish trust and lasting relationships with senior executives by showcasing your knowledge, professionalism, and ability to address relevant business issues.
Requirement
- Educational Background : Currently enrolled in or already possess a degree.
- Career Background : Familiar with the machine vision industry and deep learning software. Have sales experience in the related industry.
Experience and customer resources in EV battery / automotive / food & beverage / pharma are a plus.
- Communication Skills : Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and nurture enduring relationships.
- Self-Motivation : Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Abilities : Strong analytical skills with a knack for conceptual thinking.
- Language Proficiency : Fluent in both German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
