HR & Culture working student

As a HR & Culture working student you will assist the HR & Culture Manager in various tasks, gaining hands-on experience in a growing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment Support Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates Onboarding and Offboarding Coordinate and support smooth onboarding for new hires (e.
g., preparing welcome materials, setting up accounts) and ensure that offboarding processes are organized and documented HR Administration Support the HR & Culture Manager in handling administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating internal HR systems, managing contracts, handling inquiries, etc Assist with payroll preparation by keeping track of relevant documentation Feedback & Performance Assist in organizing tertialy and annual feedback sessions, including preparing documentation, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress Culture & Employee Engagement Support the planning and execution of team events throughout the year, including budget tracking and logistics Assist in conducting the Culture Score-survey, gathering feedback, and summarizing recommendations MUST HAVES You are currently studying in a relevant field (e.
