Your tasks :

• Programming, setting up and operating CNC grinding machines, if necessary after consultation or following instructions from the supervisor
• Preparation and finishing of components (complexity of components depends on skills and experience)
• Quality assurance including rework according to drawing, if necessary according to instructions
• Ensuring workplace organization and maintenance according to instructions in accordance with 6S criteria.
• Supporting improvement processes in creation and implementation

Your profile :

• Completed 3.5-year technical vocational training, e. g. as a cutting machine operator
• Professional experience with CNC processing machines, ideally in the field of grinding
• CNC programming skills
• Knowledge of conventional machining of components desirable
• Initial experience in the manufacturing process of mechanical seals
• Good knowledge of the relevant procedures, operating instructions, DIN standards, ISO 9001 procedures, work plans and internal guidelines
• Flexibility, resilience, commitment, initiative, communication skills
